Join Murder n’ Mayhem for a Spirits & Spirits Ghost Hunt at Sweet Pete’s Candy Shop in downtown Jacksonville, Florida.
While enjoying a sweet treat and a specialty drink you will learn the riveting history and thrilling ghost stories of this historic candy shop. Then, the group will prowl through Pete’s haunted mansion armed with ghost hunting tools to seek out paranormal activity. Plus, you will have the opportunity to visit several exclusive behind the scenes locations during this after hours event.
Feel the hair-raising chill as an EMF meter lights up in your hands, letting you know that an unseen presence could be just inches away from where you stand. You will be able to experiment with detecting ghosts and spirit anomalies using the ghost investigation equipment that is provided for you.
* Please note due to the nature of this event we request guests be at least 13 years old.
EVENT TIMELINE
8:00-8:30pm – History presentation with Dessert & Drink
8:30-9:30pm – After hours Ghost Hunting
SWEET TREATS
Each guest will receive 1 Drink and 1 Dessert from the event menu to enjoy during the introduction.
Drink Options:
Deadly Draft – Draft Beer of guests choosing from our rotating taps.
Spiritual Sangria – Fresh fruit Sangria with a sugar rim and candied fruit slice.
Paranormal Prosecco – Glass of Prosecco with a sugar rim and a cotton candy puff on top.
Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
Dessert Options:
Spooky Scoop – Single scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone (or cup).
Skeptic Sundae – Original sundae with vanilla ice cream, homemade whip and hot fudge, pecans and a cherry.
Be sure to arrive early enough to give yourself plenty of time to find parking. There is limited parking behind Sweet Pete’s. Street parking is also a great option. The metered parking is free after 6pm and on Sundays.
This event is downtown so please be sure to check to see if there are other events going on at the same time as your reservation.
Our events start promptly at the designated start time and we reserve the right to scalp your tickets if you don’t arrive on time.
You will meet your Lead Investigator at Sweet Pete’s, 400 N Hogan St, Jacksonville, FL 32202.
You will receive 1 specialty cocktail or non-alcoholic beverage, along with 1 dessert from our limited menu for each guest in your party as part of your admission fee.
To order dinner or additional food please arrive before 8pm. Sweet Pete’s kitchen closes at 8pm, so we are not able to serve food during the event. You are welcome to arrive early and dine in their restaurant beforehand. They have a full menu.
Yes, you will be able to purchase additional drinks from the restaurant.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own Ghost Hunting tools.
Tour Rating: PG-13. Please note due to the nature of this event we request all guests be at least 13 years of age.
No, this event solely takes place inside Sweet Pete’s.
If we are unable to meet the event minimum, we will reach out to you 3 hours before with a low attendance warning. If we still have not met the minimum at 2 hours prior we will gladly reschedule to a time and day of your choice or refund your purchase.
We operate rain or shine since this is an indoor event.
